At ACTUALIZE, we guide youth through reflective exercises, workshops, and one-on-one mentorship sessions to help them uncover their abilities, values, and passions. The Mentor You Choose Makes All the Difference
Who We Are?
ACTUALIZE is a global youth-led nonprofit dedicated to helping young people unlock their potential. We guide students from self-doubt to confidence, helping them discover purpose, leadership skills, and opportunities to make real-world impact.
Who Can Join?
Our programs are open to youth ages 13–22, from high school through early adulthood. We welcome students from all backgrounds who are ready to grow, learn, and create positive change in themselves and their communities.
What Will I Learn?
Students explore the ACTUALIZE framework: Deconstruct → Reconstruct → Actualize. They learn to overcome limiting beliefs, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and take action on meaningful projects.
How Long is the Program?
The core program runs for 8 weeks, with Summer and Winter cohorts. Students also benefit from ongoing workshops, mentorship, and access to resources throughout the year to continue their growth.
What Happens After the Program?
Graduates join the ACTUALIZE Network, a lifelong community of mentors, peers, and alumni. They gain access to internships, leadership opportunities, and guidance to continue making an impact in their communities.
How Can I Apply?
Students can apply online via the ACTUALIZE website. After submitting their information, they will receive guidance on next steps, program details, and mentorship opportunities.
